Refund Policies

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

We are very passionate about delivering high quality shirts that you will love. All our shirts are carefully packaged and sent from California, USA. If, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product, we would like to hear from you so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at our discretion. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a Problem report.

How to submit a report:

To report any problems with your order please first contact us within 14 days of your delivery. Describe in detail the issue with your order and where possible attach any relevant photos to illustrate the problem as best as you can before returning any products. Please send us a message via our contact page and state ‘issue’ in the subject header.

Custom Fees Notice

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees.
